The original tri-color ink cartridge works perfectly fine. I have used/purchased other brands from here and they did not work properly. I will be returning the no name brand once I have some time.

When i saw that there was 1 unit remaining, i ordered it in mid-December 2021. I have always been very happy with the purchases of previous cartridges which all had good shelf lives. However, I was amazed to see that this item's warranty expired in January 2022! Customer service immediately agreed to send me a return label and the product was delivered back by FedEx on 22-12-2021. I am now awaiting notification of my refund. I consider 123ink to be a very reputable business and expect that this will prove to be an unfortunate isolated event.
