I am certainly very happy with the speed of the delivery but I have been having problems with the cyan and the magenta - I have a Canon MGS 5220 and the colours, primarily magenta, overwhelm any other colours. e.g. I am reduced to a black and white printer? Not sure what my options are to try and clean the print heads??

Il est difficle d'avoir une couleur uniforme ,le magenta ressmble plus a ls couleur violet. apres avoir installer la cartouche , elle ne fonctionne a moitie, eponge pas bien imbibe,.
