My printer keeps saying there is an error and it’s not installed properly......so it’s presently useless to me

I ordered ink for an Epson WF3620 and you sent ink for an Epson WF 3520 These do nt fit in my printer Kevin O`Grady .....kevric @sympatico.ca

Dear Kevin, Thank you for your reviews. As you mention above, your printer model number is Epson WF3620 and the correct inks are Epson T252XL Value Pack but not Epson T127 Value Pack. You ordered the wrong inks from our website. Please double check.

VERY disappointing. Hardly yields enough to make it worth buying and it completely kicks me out of my printer when it's nowhere near empty. I will not purchase these again. Sad, so far all orders have been good..but not this last one!

Was not compatible with my Epson printer even though it was supposed to be the right cartridge.
