    I ordered the full stack of the replacement ink and two of them didn’t work. Reached out to customer service and it took two weeks and 3 follow up emails only to get told the reship was cancelled. Off I went to buy a laser printer from a re-sale site. Product itself might be good but the experience is definitely not what I would expect.

      My original contact inquiry was with ink ink date and to speak with someone in that department. Operators response was warranty would address any problem. When my trial purchase and problem occurred I was e-mailed a form letter dated July 26, 2017. That did not resolve problem. 123Ink reply"To my understanding it may be a chip problem i can suggest you try to clean the chip with a soft cloth or a white eraser." After trying and not working, I installed old ---- cartridge and was able to see that all new ink installed the week before was used up. I was using the operators and your request in trying to resolve problem. Your response" I'm really sorry that this is happening.sounds like you got a faulty chip. I guess that is why they want to give you a refund. 1- I cannot think of one reason that I would use your ink cartridges for this or my other printers. 2- I do not feel that you addressed the fact that I used up three new cartridges in order to try to make the faulty cartridge to work. 3- I do not feel I could recommend your company and products to my fellow printers.

        I ordered 2 of these sets and both of black cartridges did not work. The colour cartridges in the first set work fine. Haven't needed to replace with the second set yet but hoping they work. Now not sure since both black did not. 2 stars since the first set of colour cartridges worked. I will change to 3 if the second set works also.

          I have had my ink order for 2 weeks. The initial surprise was the colour of the inks. They weren't close to the Epson inks I had been using. Because I am using my computer for my own pleasure and not for a business, I am contenting myself with ink that is not the best shade. The black is OK but I notice it sits on top of the paper, too. I could probably better critique the order after having the order for a longer period. My ink cartridge that had over-flowed was replaced with amazing speed and care and I thank you.

            Sadly the "high yield" is not right. I am disappointed and had to replace the cartridge very quickly as it would not let me print and stalled my program to the point that it kicked me out with an error message, NOT indicating that the ink was low or out. No warning. Not impressed with this one at all. :(

              The colours are very dull. The black prints more like a bluish grey. Definitely won't buy this again.
