Expensive for the print quality f a cheap printer!

colour cartridge, great black will not work; printer says not genuine HP - contacted 123ink waiting for new black cartridge third time this has happened; may have to purchase from another source even if price is higher

I had issues with the colour cartridges not being full. Customer service was accomodating and gave me a full credt.
