II n'a pas fonctionné, j'ignore si c'est l'imprimante qui est défectueuse ou le tambour.

I put this toner in my printer but my printer doesn't recognize it and it's still giving me an error message. I guess I'll need to return it. =(

I don't recommend that product. It doesn't print well at all. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I will have to buy another product because I can't continue with this one. It stains the paper, impossible to make beautiful prints like printing a resumé or official papers. Do not buy. Go with a product of better quality.

bonjour, je ne suis pas satisfait de mon achat cartouche/toner,le coté gauche de la feuille est illisible et le coté droit est passable.j'ai suivi les instructions fournies et essayer avec différentes feuilles de papier mais j'ai toujours le même résultat.je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec les cartouches originales Brother.je joint une photo prise de mon cellulaire qui montre bien le problème.je vais demander une remboursement.Ghislain Corriveau
