When I installed this ink cartridge in my computer it worked for about one week. I cleaned the heads as recommended but it still not solve the problem. I have ordered another one and try again. Service was O K.

J'ai acheté 2 cartouche comme celle-ci et la première j'ai faite 8 impression et mon imprimante mentionnait qu'ill y avait un problème avec la cartouche de couleurs ...Même pas durée 2 jours !!!! Décevant. ..J'ai alors inséré la 2e acheter et elle fonctionne jusqu'à maintenant .... Celle en noir aucun problème

So far, I haven't been able to make a print except a print test since those new cartridges are in my printer. I never had that problem when I use regular brand name cartridges.

Some are dry, and therefore unusable from the start. Recently, I discovered that one had leaked -- there was a pile of ink in the cartridge compartment.

they don't work well. One cartridge didn't print even one sheet and the other about half expected amounts. Some have worked well but the last two orders did not .
