I have been whopping here for a long time but this time the toner was a dud - I've only had it for a couple of weeks but printer said it was empty a week ago - all splotchy . I shook it several times to see if the ink was not distributed properly but no success. Very disappointed

Never worked with my Samsung printer. I called 123inkcartridges and they sent me returned mail sticker. It was returned in November 2013 . Today is 09 Feb 2014 and I am still waiting for my credit. I emailed 123 ink cartridge but no response received. It was a bad experience now only for toner but also for services of 123 ink cartridge.
