Elles fonctionnent très bien quand elles sont compatibles. Ça fait deux fois que j'en retourne car elle ne fonctionnent pas, mon imprimante ne les reconnait pas. En plus, le service à la clientèle est vraiment mauvais. J'ai dû acheter trois cartouches ailleurs avant d'espérer recevoir les bonnes. Très déçue. Le numéro de téléphone 1-866-979-7463, personne ne répond jamais!!!

I like the prices but I have noticed from the last 2 orders on this particular cartridge that I am nowhere close to getting the amount of print jobs I should from the. I had a new one in place for about 4 months and its already at 43% but I am sure I am nowhere close to even 500 pages and yield on this is supposed to be 2500 pages. Can someone respond from the company regarding this issue. I like the price but if the yield is so low than there really isn't much of a saving at the end of the day.
