I ordered 3 of these. Only 1 worked 100%. The other 2 caused the signal to drop in and out. Nice idea, but......

As with my previous order, this one was shipped and received very quickly, and the items are of high quality. However, be aware that for this item, the product video shown does NOT match the product picture, and the description is misleading. This is not simply an issue of the "style" of the product -- there is a key difference in function. In the video, you will see the adapter being adjusted for a wide range of angles between the input and output sides, including the ability to have the input and output sides pointed in the SAME DIRECTION. For a TV with a side-mounted HDMI port, this allows the cable to run back in behind the television without having to bend the cable at all, which is key a wall mount with limited clearance between the television and the wall. Unfortunately, this product cannot do what the video shows: you cannot make the input and output ports point in the same direction. One end "folds" (the right side in the picture) 180 degrees (90 in each direction), while the other end (left in the picture) "rotates" 180 degrees (90 each way), but you cannot fold this adapter flat back on itself as shown repeatedly in the video. Primecables does not appear to offer the adapter shown in the video, so I am awaiting the approval of my refund...
