J'aime l'encre, mais elle n'est PAS canadienne. It is not canadian, comme c'est écrit. « Moustache est une marque canadienne qui offre le meilleur en combinant une excellente qualité et des prix abordables. » Made in China. Déçue sur ce point.

The first cartridge sent to me was defective (only printed 1 side of the page). However, Customer Service helped me & sent me another one. The 2nd cartridge works fine & prints a clear deep black & is good quality. A little inconvenient to find the location of the delivery service & send the first one back to them. However, other than my time, it didn't cost me anything (that is why I graded 4/5).

So far the product is good and worth the price.
