    It doesn't work good, many characters or font colors are missed once my documents are printed! I couldn't understand why!

      The poor and cheap quality of the ink leak in my printer and broke it. The first time your ink broke my printer, I though the problem was the printer. I brought my second printer that broke a few weeks after I used your ink to a technician. The conclusion was the bad ink. I will never ever buy ink from you again.
