I believe this negative review has been resolved by 123Ink.ca shipping a replacement for the damaged cartridge that I received first (appreciated). The damaged cartridge has a loose rubber ink nozzle that although the cartridge seems full it will not dispense ink. It is twisted in its base and is completely unserviceable. I will attach picture here as I did with my first email. I also offered to send the cartridge back to 123Ink.ca but the answer to that was that they were mailing out to me a replacementt.

I have purchased quite a few remanufactured cartridges and this is the first one I have had that would not work at all.

Printer indicates 80% full and already not printing. Not a good remanufactured cartridge. It was a waste of money. :(
