Well, it was definitely easy to reorder this item as it was the same as last time and the reorder option is always available...so I was thankful about that. And even this time, I received FREE some two containers of hand sanitizer which always comes in handy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! My only disparaging remark was that the Fed Ex guy just left my package in the lobby, not brining it at least to my first door (which is only the next floor up), and if my husband would not have gone down to the lobby for other reasons we would not have known that the package had arrived. Not a big deal, but it could have been a better experience otherwise.

Delivery took longer again, sits at the substation in Sherbrooke for a week or a little over, I figure due to covid, but it did come and good driver and friendly as usual. Good product as usual will continue to order through your company

expensive, but OEM Canon is guaranteed to work which is valuable in its own rite.
