This product was not properly recognized by my Lexmark X4690 printer. After putting this cartridge into the printer, the printer showed a warning message that there was no cartridge in the printer. However I ignored that message and the printer did print using this cartridge.

It's great that it fits this impossible printer I bought from Future Shop. Finding the cartridges are expensive and hard to find.
