Installation was easy with the built in wiring guide, nice that it shows both T568A and B layouts. The "CAT5e" on the face of the jack was embossed with no color instead of the advertised no embossing but with blue ink. I actually prefer what I received over the advertised image.

these are the best, toolless design makes them so fast to do, I did these in quarter the time it took me to do the one's that required punch down tool.
