Can not use a punch down tool. Simply a snap of the plastic cover. Plastic cover is difficult to remove

Le connecteur est mal fait, les fils ne s'insèrent pas bien et nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la prise de téléphone. Elle fonctionne au début et après quelques minutes, plus rien... très déçu de cette achat.
