Heads up the wiring diagram might be wrong on the jack itself, but other than that it gets the job done

Color coding is wrong: you need to go see the monoprice product page for more information. Otherwise okay: not super easy to make the connections, but it's cheap so I can live with that.

The jack, wires and frame are reasonable in construction but design not what expected. The jack is way too wide for a 4 port wall plate or rack. No way to strain relief the cable as is done with RJ45 jacks. I can make it work for my current light project but I won't get any more. The wiring diagram is wrong - is on the site now but don't think ti was there when I bought it.

Work fine, but the wiring diagram sticker was all messed up. Best to check what its telling you and not just blindly follow it.
