Previously I have not had any issues with this product however this round the first cartridge I tried began leaking the moment I took it out of the wrapping. It did not have the sticker that creates the vacuum prior to loading. It then leaked in the machine wasting paper and ink. I was forced to change the cartridge without use. The new one worked better but still lacked the typical hole in the top with the sticker over it. It took several prints before the cartridge stopped staining the edge of the page with ink. (Tried cleaning and aligning the head) -disappointed.

I have only used magenta so far and the protective cap was full of ink and print head was saturated, got it all over my desk and finger's thankfully it didn't get on the rug.. had a print job l needed to get out so dabbed ink off print head and out it in did a head clean and it worked ok. The pitchure is only some of the napkins l used to clean up the ink..rest are in garabage.

When opening this cartridge pack, ink sprayed all over my hands Soap/water did not remove it -- what does? This happened when I removed the plastic cap over the ink pads. I lost a lot of ink. Would appreciate you sending me a replacement, as this cartridge is the one I use most. Also I could not remove the yellow "PULL" tab The second cartridge I ordered in this shipment was OK. First problem I've had with Moustache ink.
