Have ordered for years and been happy with their product but due to expensive shipping if you don't order $49; I always have to buy more than I need and usually use it within the warranty period but due to COvid the last two years; have not used very much ink. Now I have this one and another one and more than half full but printer won't work till I put a new one in and company won't warranty the 2 I have that are 3/4 fill. Guess they dry up if not used . Not a happy camper; eliminates the bargain of buying from them,

I received my ink for colour but did not receive the black ink. Apparently the shipper said it was all in the same package. IT WAS NOT and I am still waiting.. here are the numbers.. il n'y a que 20% qui est indiqué sur l'imprimante. Je trouve étrange que ce soit ainsi puisqu'elle est neuve

I use this in a Brother MFC-J475DW printer. So far I have only used the black in, but it *always* prints with streaks and gaps in the final printed paper. I have tried cleaning the printheads, running the alignment fixer on the printer, and so on, but nothing works. This was not a problem with my printer before using this ink.
