Even though I bought this cartridge in Sept 2015, I did not start using it until about 4 months ago. After about 2 months of use the cartridge started to leave blue borders on all the pages. I returned the cartridge, and the girl told me it was past the year warranty period. I tried to explain to her that I only started using it 4 months ago. She turned a deaf ear to me, so I had no other choice but to buy a new one. Not very good customer service. Also, this is not the first time that it has happened to me. Works only for the first sheet, then I get a message saying please use original HP toner. So I have to clear print spool every time and create a new print job. This is my 3rd time buying from 123InkCartridges, and each time my cartridges did not work. I purchased this order with a credit I had from the last returned product (for a different printer). Too tired to go through the process of returning, from now on, will buy OEM, savings not worth the hassle.

Started leaking and discolored the page. Needed to replace before it even was partially used. What a waste.
