My printer dont recognize the cartridge...

one of the two I ordered did not work, HOWEVER,there was abslutely NO problem, because a replacement cartridge was sent immediately, and it functioned properly.keep in mind, these cartridges are rebuilt,so it can happen. Great service from 123ink.ca

Good for day to day printing. Colour is not always accurate for some graphics or photo printing, but good value for a good price.

I received these for my printer. Love the cost of the ink as it was reasonable. The black ink worked perfectly, however the colour wouldn't. I contacted the company and they were happy to send a replacement. Received the replacement and it wouldn't work. Would purchase the black again but not the colour.

The last two color cartridges I received were not recognized by the printer. Very frustrating !
