It took five days to even process the order. The excuse given was that they didn't work during the long weekend (Jean Baptist Day). Pathetic. The Cartridge itself, when installed, worked perfectly. Thank you for that.

cartridge came in a box that was slightly crushed and not the same brand as the other 2 colors but looks ok Hope I don't have any problems with it.

Quality similar to original hp cartridge. Not sure of cartridge life at this point - still in use.
