I would like to take a moment and call attention to the exceptionally customer service provided by this company. I had a toner cartridge issue and ink123cartridges responded to my email quickly about the issue. They promptly provided a shipping label to return to cartridge to their quality control department. It was received, inspected and I was then called to ask if I wanted a full refund or replacement. I gladly accepted the replacement, as any company that stands behind its products as throughly as they did will always get my service. The toner was returned in record time and after a good few days of testing preforms as it should. The Staff at ink123cartridges's customer service was polite and prompt. They should be proud to work for a company that values its customers in this way. I recommend this company and it's sister companies, which I have also had prior businesses, without reservation. Ordered to replace old cartridge, cannot tell difference between OEM

Great combo for the price.

This is for a Moustache re-manufactured HP 312A cyan cartridge for Laserjetpro mfc-m476dw. Price is a little high for a remanufacture and the risk it brings, and quality poor. I had it a year before the old finally ran out, and the Moustache Cartridge worked good for the first few prints then started making blue streaks. I thought it might clear up after some of the toner got used up, but not change for past 18 months. Should have returned but replacement policy requires send the cartridge and paying shipping (both ways if getting a replacement) and being without a cartridge for about 2 weeks, so not a practical policy if you need your printer and don't keep a stock of cartridges. I Just print B&W and every time first page is streaked, then OK. Another reviewer said he had the same result for 3 cartridges in a row, paying for shipping and waiting on replacement each time. I will not buy Moustache toner again. Moustache Ink cartridges for my old Epson and HP Business inkjet printers were mostly OK but a little more prone to leaking, and no better than cheaper remanufactured cartridges from other vendors. New HP toner cartridges are about $220 each for 2000 pages - voluntary robbery. Time to try another remanufactured brand. I don't print a lot anymore, but I want it to be available and work when I need it, without paying a fortune.
