I had a toner cartridge issue and ink123cartridges responded to my email quickly about the issue. They promptly provided a shipping label to return to cartridge to their quality control department. It was received, inspected and I was then called to ask if I wanted a full refund or replacement. I gladly accepted the replacement, as any company that stands behind its products as throughly as they did will always get my service.
