I give 3 stars because although it took 3 weeks to have them and they were defective, the customer service was A1 and sorted it out for me.

Every time I start my printer with these ink cartridges in it, it has to go through the alignment process, and frequently tells me they are incorrect. I have to take them out and put them back in, sometimes several times for it to read them correctly..
