I have purchased this cartridge 3 times over the past 4 years. It works every bit as good in my printer as the name brand one that came originally with the printer. The price is amazing and it is delivered right to my door. I cancelled my current order after I submitted it, because I needed to add a couple of more items to the order and immediately received an email confirmation that I had cancelled it and a confirmation email that my credit card had been refunded the full amount. I have had a lot of experience ordering on line, but never as efficient as from 123InkCartridge. When I finished with my final order, I had printed out proof of my 1st order, cancellation, credit card refund and an invoice for my new order. I will deffinitely be ordering this Cartridge and many other items in the future, from this company.

WORKS GREAT. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU ORDER GENERIC YOU OFTEN GET ONES THAT DONT WORK BUT THIS IS WORKS GREAT AND FOR A GREAT PRICE

I have ordered this particular item 6 times in the past. The quality of the ink is not as good as previous purchases. The colour is more like a dark grey than a black. I have changed the settings on my printer to see if it would make a difference but there was no change. I even used the cleaner attachment on the cartridge case and it has not made a difference. Will not purchase again.

Had this for some time now and finally made use of it, however my DCP printer still shows "Low Toner" - no mater what I do, it will not clear. Otherwise, print quality is the same as OEM.
