The shipping and arrival of the product was excellent ~ but the Black Toner Cartridge only printed about 30 copies, and then it was empty ~ so to say I am disappointed, is an understatement ~ and to think this was my first attempt at ordering anything on line ~ so I will walk over to Staples and get the real deal. Thanks but no thanks ~ I will NOT be using your service again.
