I have purchased this cartridge 3 times over the past 4 years. It works every bit as good in my printer as the name brand one that came originally with the printer. The price is amazing and it is delivered right to my door. I cancelled my current order after I submitted it, because I needed to add a couple of more items to the order and immediately received an email confirmation that I had cancelled it and a confirmation email that my credit card had been refunded the full amount. I have had a lot of experience ordering on line, but never as efficient as from 123InkCartridge. When I finished with my final order, I had printed out proof of my 1st order, cancellation, credit card refund and an invoice for my new order.
