I've used Mustache products for years. This particular cartridge makes my printer squeal loudly. Sent message to Shopper+ 6 days ago for remedial action, NO RESPONSE. Not impressed. Don't buy from them if that is their attitude towards customer concerns.

La poudre d'encre n'est pas bien mise dans les toners, il y a de la poudre d'encre qui coule. De plus, quand j’imprime, les pages sont remplies de traces de couleurs rouge bleu et jaune.

The colour quality in the printing was less than impressive compared to using a brand new cartridge the side by side photos I have definitely show that. First time buyer of Remanufactured and will be buying the real deal next time. Shipping time was great and the transaction went smoothly however!
