      Only the black color toner is OK, when I print the color, there are some red, blue and yellow marks on the output. It looks like the quality of the color toners are not that good.

        didn't last as long as it said @20% the printed wanted me to change them. I want to send them back lasted less than a year.

          when I first got them there seemed to be an issue with the blue. Then right at the end, all the cartridges has 20% left it said but the blue stopped working well and was more faded they said they would be refunded that 1 so far not sure if that happened yet. but they all said 20% then it started to double print and used lots of tonner to correct then errors didn't re aline till I bought the original canon cartridge so that seems to have fixed it.

            I use to order the printer cartridge from your company for my Canon printer. This time I placed an order and redeemed the points for this order. I just replaced the cartridge for Magenta and Cyan tonight. I saw the Magenta powder is leaking out quite a lot. The cartridge doesn't look like a brand new one. I believe it is a refill or used item. The Yellow one has not yet opened. The box is same as the Magenta one. These 2 boxes are different from Cyan and Black ones which showed 2-year warranty. I believe the Yellow one is also the used item and refill again. I am very disappointed with your company. If you don't want to offer the point program for customer then don't offer. Instead sending them the poor quality of products. I trusted your company and I only order my cartridge from you. But this time, I am totally disappointed, I feel this is a dishonest act. I request for replacement a brand new item or refund me the money. Very very upset especially I need the cartridge for work.
