When I used this ink, the prints started having streak lines on the colored pages and ruined the papers. I never had this problem before when I used the original cartridge. The print also didn't come out in the right colors and appeared lighter than I wanted it to be. Overall, I was not impressed with it.

Je n'ai jamais reçu la cartouche d'encre que j'ai commandé no de la 40610826 et payé avec ma carte de crédit. C"est la première fois que je commande de Shopper+ à la suggestion de mon mari d'y ouvrir mon propre comte. Pourtant, depuis des années, mon mari a acheté pour plusieurs milliers de $ voir son compte (jr.houle@gmx.com).

The quality is much inferior to the original cartridge. The amount of ink/number of pages printed are not the same either. I'll never order it again.

It worked for 2 months, then the yellow stopped working. Changed it out with another new cartridge...worked for 20 days, then yellow stopped working again! Installed a third cartridge...yellow not working. Installed a Canon 241XL cartridge, and all is fine. So...three cartridges wasted. Had the moustache cartridges for an Epson WF-3720 that were rejected by the printer after a firmware upgrade...

I bought one of this and 2 colour. None of them would work. I was advised by 123 to soak the head with a warm wet cloth. This hasn't worked either. Would not adevise buying this product.
