The first black ink cartridge that I put in is not printing properly. Tried a second one and it is better.

Hi I love this website. I have been buying my printer ink here for a number of years. I have never encountered any issues. My children were in high school, id say print, print the ink is going to expire. I would have bought extra cartridges for the school year. The ink would last and last. ... Well, I'm sorry to say. This past order was a disappointment. I bought a set of 2 black and 1 color ink. One of the black cartridges is ruined, dried out. The set I have in the printer now will only print in color. Not the greatest quality. I know its not my printer, which I blamed at first, is because I took the new ink out. I put the old cartridges back in, printed great. I will order again, as I believe it was just one of those cases of dry ink. Sherri

My printer dont recognize the cartridge...

one of the two I ordered did not work, HOWEVER,there was abslutely NO problem, because a replacement cartridge was sent immediately, and it functioned properly.keep in mind, these cartridges are rebuilt,so it can happen. Great service from 123ink.ca

Good for day to day printing. Colour is not always accurate for some graphics or photo printing, but good value for a good price.
