Worked for a about a month or so. It's only covered for 30 days. Connector runs hot. Look elsewhere.

Have had a similar issues with this as other customers have. Works well for about a month or so of using it, then just stopped charging entirely. The connector runs really hot to the touch and could potentially pose a safety hazard if you're not careful. Of course, it's only covered under warranty for 30 days and after that you're SOL. Look elsewhere.

This product is not a certified Apple charger and has had very dodgy connection in the 2 months I have owned it - sometimes not charging or lighting up. Lots of fiddling to snap it on, wiggle it etc to try to make the little connection light go on and for the laptop to show as "charging" in the power field. I believe it is some faulty design in the connector pins. Apple products have a history of this problem as well on various chat rooms but this product is much worse and after a couple of months now of fidgeting to make it charge and get a good connection it now doesn't work at all. I would suggest saving your money and buying a certified Apple charger from a place that sells them for half price like the place you find online under macbookadapter.

Shipping was fast but the product was not up to apple standards I think it was a Chinese knockoff it over heated way to much at mag safe part was too hot to pick up . I think it could have been a fire hazard so I returned it immediately ..

The MagSafe Power Adapter died after 3 months. Customer Service's Response: We only guarantee this product from thirty days of purchase. This is our policy I'm sure you understand. Needless to say this is an unreliable product. I have been loyal to Shopper+ for my purchases prior to this point, but If the Shopper+ Family is unwilling to stand behind the products they sell than I will be taking all my business elsewhere in the future. I am extremely unimpressed to say the least.
