Pour le même prix ailleurs, j'ai une meilleure qualité. Le système de coulisse bloque un peu au Zéro, lubrifié ou non, et devient un peu lousse en l'éloignant. Ça me fait douter sur la mesure et c'est le genre d'outils de précision pour lequel une infime marge fait une différence. Pour un usage sporadique à la maison, c'est excellent par contre.

It just marginally does the job. Poor quality. Here are the problems I have with it: 1. Caliper operation to slide along the rail is very rough. It was almost unusable when it arrived until I worked it in a lot to be able to use it. It is better now but still rough. 2. There is a significant bend of the rail the caliper slides along (see picture). I would think that this would affect longer measurements. 3. Printed ruler is over half a millimeter off from the actual measurements so it is useless without the digital display (see picture). Make sure you have spare batteries. 4. Battery that it came with was dead so I had to replace it. At least they provided a spare battery. 5. Frequently have to re-zero the measurement (only for clearing 0.01mm but annoying)

Not accurate at all because it gives me a 3 or a 5 number before using it each time. It is a quality control issue before shipping out from the factory . The casing of this product is not very durable and breakdown after a few uses. I do not mind to spend just ten dollars and it is ok for me. The quality of the standless steel is good . I have seen the plastic one and some metal as well. Overall this product is ok for small quick job only. Tks
