Super handy not having to worry about which way to plug it in. I'm being gentle when plugging it into the micro USB side. Not worth taking a chance and busting a phone or tablet connector if it doesn't line up just right.

The doubles sided feature is nice, but my phone sometimes is finacky for connecting, not sure if it is my phone (which is getting older) or just that the extra space the double sided feature causes it to wiggle a bit. For the most part it works sufficiently and definetly is worth it when trying to plug in your phone in the dark.
