You sent an empty toner cartridge. Someone obviously returned it and it was put back into stock and you re-sold it as new. Need to return for a full credit.

Trop dispendieux, je l'ai vu sur un autre site d'achat à 60$ au lieu de 100$. De plus l'App pou wifi sur mobile ne foncionne pas, elle se ferme automatiquement dès qu'on l'ouvre.

Bought locally when the substitute did not provide the same quality or quantity or what was represented by 123Ink artridges. Will only buy ORM in the future
