      I SELECTED THE OPEN BOX OPTION AND IT NOT COME WITH TONER! What a waste of time. It says it’s “tested” and the toner should have 80% capacity. I don’t see how if there’s no toner.

        The product is not that bad but the instructions are really bad. Quebec based support was today nice able to assist.

          This was an open-box order. When it finally arrived the printer was covered in toner (the cartridge was already installed), and the unit would not print anything. All it did was spread the scattered toner over the paper, and anything else in its vicinity. Alas, this is a useless piece of garbage.

              Every time I try printing, There is a error message. I have to open the lid and take out the toner and put it back. then, It works.
