1. installation was difficult- still says printer error but prints. 2. tried installing phone APP- instructions on APP not in english. could not complete 3. label on front of printer did not peel off- left white paper and glue residue behind 4. tried scanning- gets stuck in limbo and then crashes

My review is as honest as it can be. This is the worst item that I have ever purchased. It took me approximately 30 minutes to find the cartridge location as the instructions were unclear. With my guru friend, it took nearly 3 hrs + to set up the printer, and yet it prints some documents others well not so much. This is going back.

I would have give 0 stars if the option was available. This thing makes a lot of noise but doesn't actually print. It doesn't pull paper into the printer to print things on the paper. In the process of attempting to return it but 123ink insisted on a video showing that it doesn't print!?! Terrible printer, terrible customer service, last time dealing with Shopper Plus.
