    Product is fine except the copies come out with the ends of the sheets with curled up edges instead of laying flat.

      I was disappointed with the so called one touch set up, after spending many hours setting it up to wifi function , I hope it works. Its not that it didn't work , I did the test page and it worked , but as the day went on and I tried another print from either cell phone or lap top it was like it was they did not communicate ( printer not ready ) , I had to re install everything . over and over .Now its been a couple of days and it seems to be more stable . Fingers crossed. As for the printer/scanner when it works is quiet good.

        Assurément une excellente imprimante mais n'était pas compatible avec WiFi 5G. Mon modem ne pouvait m'offrir 2.5G. J'ai dû la retourner Toutefois je me dois de souligner l'excellent service de toute l'équipe. J.P.

            Lorsque j'ai acheté cette imprimante, au téléphone on m'avait assurée qu'il y avait de l'assistance par téléphone. Il y a deux semaines, l'imprimante ne scannait plus. On m'avait demandée de filmer le problème et de leur faire parvenir par chat ou courriel. Il n' y a plus d'assistance téléphonique. J'ai dû demander à un technicien et il a désinstallé et réinstallé la dite imprimante. Elle fonctionne maintenant. Malgré la garantie, j'ai dû payer un technicien pour que ce soit plus facile. J'ai gardé la boîte plusieurs mois mais vu que je vis dans un 3 et demi, je l'ai finalement jetée. L'agente au téléphone m'a simplement informée que si je n'avais pas la boîte et que si l'assistance via chat ne fonctionnait pas, qu'ils ne pourraient rien faire pour m'aider....... Je trouve ça désolant car ce n'est pas la boîte qui avait besoin d'assistance mais l'imprimante.

              The printer cartridge works well and delivery was quick. I purchased this cartridge previously and in no way does it print 1600 pages. I believe the ink expires after 2 years.
