        I got product. This is my 2nd time I bought cable first one was good still working second one i got faulty product i have requested refund or replacement but i have not got any reply from customer service

          these cables don't last, will stop working in a few months, ive had nothing but faulty cables replaced and replaced.

            I bought 3 of these. Two of them are defective and one is flaky in cold weather. That's a 66% failure rate on this product for me.

              Works great, but doesn't fit any case. Otterbox is a no go. Why not have some consistency with your cables? The 1m cable fits fine, why does this one have a bigger connector? misleading!
