Connection fails sometimes. Thought it was charging and found it loose and not connected. I'd order another previously and had no trouble.

not a big fan of these. noticed that the contacts. started to gunk up shortly after using them. better off purchasing amazon basic cables instead.

I bought a bunch of these cables, and they seem to last longer than any other brand I've had. However, the metal head has snapped off getting stuck in the lightning port of my iPad for 2 of these cables. The first time I was able to remove the broken piece from my lightning port easily, but the 2nd time it damage my lightning port and now I have to get it repaired. I don't know if I'd buy these again. The cable itself seems durable, but the metal heads not so much.

The ends snap within about 1 year, which is not a problem. The problem is the interrogation by support when I attempt to utilize the lifetime warranty. Just provide the mailing label if you want proof please, not a homework assignment asking me to take pictures and write you a novel.

So far so good have purchased similar braided cables and they all failed after a few months use. Always seems like the day after I order something it goes on sale.
