Unfortunately there is no ability for me to change my review that was previously submitted where I gave this product a 5/5. This product worked great for the first 5 months, then randomly while watching the HDMI portion of the switch gave out. The audio would still extract over TOSLINK but no video would display from any Output port. I had to replace the unit with something else locally as a return on this takes 5 days to open the case and have it reviewed and then I had to ship back my defective product before they will process another unit. So by the end of it I would have been without my home theatre for weeks...Unacceptable. They also refuse to give me a refund or store credit.
