Printed text is not crisp and appears to have extra small lines surrounding the letters. It is very noticeable on any straight lines and is completely unacceptable for anyone looking to produce high quality prints. Yes, it was a fraction of the price, but for me personally, the cartridge is useless. Not compatible at all with the HP printer I have, as listed on the website.

Received Item In Box With Foam Packing. No Damage To Shipping Box Or Box Were Product Was Inside. Opened Yellow Sealed Bag And Had A Piece Of The Cartridge Fall Out. Removed Cartridge And Located Were Broken Piece Came From . Called Support And Dealing With Trying To Get Refund. Had To Run To Staples To Get HP Cartridge As Needed Cartridge That Day .
