malheureusement la cartouche n'était pas fonctionnelle. Parcontre le service à été exceptionnel, nous avons testé la cartouche ensemble et le service de retour à été super simple

In fact, I intend to discuss this product with 123Ink.ca -- I have had two toner cartridges since February. The February one ran out with less than 8000 pages printed of what is supposed to be a minimum of 9000 pages. Yes, there is always some variation, but that is too big a difference. The replacement toner cartridge when the yield is checked, shows in the mid 7000 available pages. Not impressed.
