Do not buy - this can't hold my 24" 5lb monitors up. The monitors keep tilting down slowly throughout the day even though I have tightened the springs fully. Regret purchasing this such a waste of money

The product does does withstand the weight of 27” monitors (as it says) or I received the wrong part... but when I tried to get a refund and/ or instructions on how to return it, I was told to take pictures or videos of the item not working. By this time, I had received a better product and had installed the entire streaming set-up. I did not want to unplug everything. Because of this, I have had no more replies from Shopper plus. Bad service. Not sure about product because I could not use it.

1. even the stand come from the monitor is taller than it, if you are looking for extending the height dont buy it. 2. the left most upper part of the mount is blended, resulting from bad production quality . 3. it has to screw really tight inorder to hold weight, my aoccq27 drops.

Very dissapointed, I installed 2 27inch screens and it literally took hrs to align them correctly by tightenning and un tightening the screws in the arms... 2 days later one of the screens has already moved and is no longer aligned as it was. Overall Id return the product but dont feel like waiting in line to go to the post office and deal with returning something during the pandemic so ill keep them but I dont recommend these to anyone who wants something easy to install and readjust.

I was given the defective mount. One arm is completely stuck and L Key that came along with it does not work as well. I requested for the refund and I was told to upload a video. When I tried to upload the video, the website says Video is not accepted. Only accepted format is jpg, tif, jpeg. I am having a really hard time requesting for refund. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

This monitor mount looked great when I opened the box. Looks tough and sturdy. Well, putting it together was easy enough. But then I tried to adjust the height arms and all hell broke loose. The adjustment screw for the monitor arm height is crap; the mechanism is locked up and doesn't adjust in either direction. Firstly, they used the wrong screws when building it. Either that, or they have a misprint in their instructions (in which they say to use the larger allen key for the bigger screws...but the one on the arms for height are the smaller screws). Second, the arms do not hold weight. Third, the adjustment screw for the height locks up, doesn't adjust and results in ruining the screw when trying to adjust it making it impossible to work with. I hope this is just one bad lemon and that a replacement will have the correct screws... or at least an adjustment mechanism that works without breaking itself (through normal use)
