It doesn't hold my monitors up easily...

The arm tighten is not built to last, the tension adjustment allen key slot became loose it just spins continuously along with the back when I'm trying to tighten it after I've loosened it.

J’ai acheté ce support pour avoir les deux écrans Dell dessus. Le premier écran est un dell Ultrasharp 25 pouces (U2518d qui pèse 7.58 lb (3.44 kg)) Le deuxième écran est un dell Ultrasharp 27 pouces (U2719D qui pèse 8.64 lb (3.92 kg)) Les deux écrans pèsent moins que le poids limite 11 lb (5 kg). Malgré cela le support est incapable de garder les écrans en place. J’ai dû fabriquer des « béquilles » pour que les écrans restent en place et cela même si les vis sont serrées au maximum sur le support. Il reste toujours un jeu et le poids des écrans fait en sorte qu’ils ont tendance à descendre. Très décevant. J’avais auparavant un modèle Ergotron (pour un seul écran) et il n’avait aucun problème à tenir l’écran (celui de 27 pouces) en place. I bought this mount to have the two Dell screens on it. The first screen is a 25-inch dell Ultrasharp (U2518d which weighs 7.58 lbs. (3.44 kg)) The second screen is a 27-inch dell Ultrasharp (U2719D which weighs 8.64 lbs. (3.92 kg)) Both screens weigh less than the 11 lbs. (5 kg) weight limit. Despite this the support is unable to keep the screens in place. I had to make "crutches" to keep the screens in place, even though the screws were tight on the bracket. There are always some loose left and the weight of the screens makes them tend to move downward. Very disappointing. I previously had an Ergotron model (for one screen) and it had no problem holding the screen (the 27 inch one) in place.

The mount picture is deceptive. When set up, even at the highest setting the monitor sits too low! Does seem to droop about a half an inch. I bought this item thinking that it will be adjustable higher than my previous mount.

The arms works fine, however it is too low. Beware when buying this Mount.

This stand holds up monitors fine but will hold them closer towards you. The way the base is designed, the two arms can swing fully forward but not fully backwards. This can be a problem for anyone with a horizontally shallow desk, or in my case, a standing desk. Right now I have the mount holding arms swung as far back as possible and the monitors are 20 cm in front of my desk's rear edge. This puts the monitors too close to my face. I wish the arms rotated a full 180 degrees from front to back, this would put the monitors at a much more comfortable distance from my eyes. I also wish the mount allowed raised the monitors higher, currently vesa plate max out at 35 cm vertically.
