First and last time I ever buy this item. On the picture, they look exactly like the original model from Samsung. Truth is they are not and they were not even all the same model of cartridge in the package. The black and blue were not the same shape as the yellow and magenta. I did not get the cartridge that are on the picture. And I made sure to look at the picture and compare before I bought this item. Very disapointed. Would not recommande this to anyone. I didn't even mention the noise that comes from the printer when it's trying to turn on... Should have the option to evaluate with zero stars/maple leafs.

It was the correct toner cartridges for my printer but my printer did not connect to any of the four cartridges. Contacted support for help, tried their troubleshooting but to no avail. Had to return all of them.

Can't get my printer to recognize the cartridge!!! I've turned the printer off and on 6 times, unplugged the printer..... nothing works.
