I purchased this a few years ago and just got around to changing some of my used toner to these. So the yellow worked perfectly, but the black toner (my most used one) won't recognize at all. I followed the suggestions on th123ink.ca's FAQ but it did nothing. I emailed for help but still no response. I've purchased other toners from 123ink and they worked with no issue, this brand doesn't seem to be as good. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the yellow worked, and I'm hoping the other colours work also. Really need the black though.

cartridges were not recognized in my Samsung printer. Customer service excellent in handling my inquiry and am getting refund to apply to a different set.
