I have bought this product twice first time worked as it should very happy with it! The second time it leaves streaks and smears of ink on printed pages - not happy with this unit at all!

First toner cartidge installed leaves residue on paper after printing. Have not tried the other 2.

La cartouche de toner Brother TN850 que j'ai achetée fait beaucoup de taches noires lorsque j'imprime en recto-verso. Les trois premières feuilles (6 pages) s'impriment correctement, puis l'imprimante commence à tacher de plus en plus les pages qui suivent. Si j'attends quelques minutes pour laisser refroidir l'imprimante, le problème se corrige de lui-même. Mais lorsque je recommence à imprimer, le problème se répète : les trois première feuilles s'impriment correctement puis les taches recommencent.

Started off OK but in the end resulted in dark gray pages after about about 2500 pages despite numerous attempts at cleaning. There was a lot of toner particles in the printer and on the cartidge - unlike original brother cartridge. I wish these would work better but I won't risk using these again.

Cartridge is fine with little wear and tear. It doesn't fit properly. I have to push it little harder to fit. Yield of papers are only not even 4000 copies.
